Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy
We currently only ship within Canada.
SHIPPING FEES: $10 flat rate.
Shipping is via courier or Canada Post to street addresses, and Canada Post for PO Boxes.
Your order will be sent out within two business days of order placement.
Street address orders should arrive approximately 1-3 business days from the shipment date (not the date the order was placed), depending where you are in the country. PO Box orders will take longer, approximately 2-7 business days.

Generally, the more out in the boonies you are, the longer it will take.

Orders do not ship out on Saturdays, Sundays, or observed holidays due to shipping constraints.

FREE DELIVERY / PICK UP AREAS: We can deliver for free to Swift Current, SK street addresses, as well as free pick up/delivery to the following Saskatchewan towns: Cabri, Leader and Burstall. Please allow up to 1 week for delivery. In the 2nd step of checkout when you add your postal code, you will have the option to select "local delivery" at checkout.

CHRISTMAS: We can not guarantee Canada Post or courier shipping times as they experience heavy workloads during. We will ship your package same or next business day!
Return & Exchange Policy

Regular Policy: You can return your product within 20 business days of order purchase, for a refund or exchange. (Exchange must be for an item that is currently in stock). If it is a Christmas present, it can be longer than 20 business days. We'll understand, but please return by January 14th.
***Please note, we are out of the office from Dec 31st, 2023 through Jan 7th, 2024. We will process your exchange / return on Jan 8th, 2024 if you have messaged us during that time. Thank for your understanding, as we are a small business. ***
Return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer returning the item. In the case of an exchange, we will cover the shipping cost of the exchanged item sent back to you. Alternatively, we can arrange for an exchange within Swift Current, Gull Lake, Cabri, Burstall, Leader, SK.

Shipping amount will not be refunded. (We charge $10 for shipping a bunny hug, but it costs up to $25 to ship that same bunny hug.)
