Shipping & Returns
DURING PANDEMIC: We can not guarantee shipping times, as shipping companies are busier than ever due to heightened online shopping. We will do the best we can on our part. If you order within Swift Current, we will likely do the shipping ourselves by dropping it off. Less contact involved, quicker delivery. As of Nov 22, we have not noticed our deliveries taking much, if any, longer than expected.
PANDEMIC PRECAUTIONS: Hands are washed or sanitized prior to fulfilling your order. We have not been ill. If we get ill, we will not ship orders during that time and will notify you if that affects the timing of your package. If you are worried about transfer of the virus, extra steps you could take are letting the clothes sit for a few days before contact and/or washing the clothing after receiving it. (We do not recommend drying, as shrinkage is possible). You can also throw out the shipping bag immediately and immediately wash your hands.
FREE PICK-UP OPTION is back online. Pick-up location is on the south side of Swift Current.
We currently only ship within Canada.
Shipping is via Loomis Express Courier or Canada Post to street addresses, and Canada Post for PO Boxes.
Your order will be sent out within two business days of order placement.
Street address orders should arrive approximately 1-3 business days from the shipment date (not the date the order was placed), depending where you are in the country. PO Box orders will take longer, approximately 2-7 business days.
Generally, the more out in the boonies you are, the longer it will take.
We do not ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or observed/optional Holidays.
Return & Exchange Policy
DURING PANDEMIC: We are discouraging returns and exchanges for health and safety reasons at this time. If you feel strongly that you require a return or exchange, please contact us and we can work something out. Covid, right?
Regular Policy: You can return your product within 20 business days of order purchase, for a refund or exchange. (Exchange must be for an item that is currently in stock). If it is a Christmas present, it can be longer than 20 business days. We'll understand, but please return by January 5th.
Return shipping is at the expense of the customer. In the case of an exchange, we will cover the shipping cost of the exchanged item sent back to you. Alternatively, we can arrange for an exchange within Swift Current, likely at Bumper to Bumper downtown.
